As we come upon our 6th anniversary of purchasing Cedar Grove Tchoupitoulas Plantation, I can’t help to think how far we have come as a business. However, it would be truly unfair not to include the gentleman that helped us to purchase the plantation. I first met Skip Weber in April 2006. He quickly responded to my request to view CGT Plantation. His patience and persistence through the next four months was incredible. My husband, Joey, and I saw multiple properties with Skip until, with his encouragement; we decided to write a proposal on purchasing the plantation. This was a huge investment, however, Skip not only assured us that our business would be a success, he also managed to negotiate a fair price. In addition Skip meticulously helped us to find financing for this endeavor and presented several different options. After many late nights, we were able to agree on a purchase price with the previous plantation owners. Each step that would normally be frustrating was met with a reasonable solution by Skip. Through these years we have improved the venue and now enjoy a wonderful, long awaited success. It was Skip’s persistence, patience, and expertise that gave us the opportunity to purchase this property. Because of all of these reasons and so many more, it is our intention to use Skip in our future commercial investments. We would encourage anyone with a commercial venture to use Skip Weber.

My partners and I were looking to relocate our business to the Metairie/Kenner area.
